Hi! I’m Rachel - A certified kettlebell coach, NASM certified personal trainer, and 300 hour registered yoga teacher. I also have extensive experience working alongside physical therapists in a clinical setting. I aim to empower my clients towards resiliency and I believe that the ability to move with strength is transformational.
